Delete your Sovnel account
You can delete your account and your information at any time. Sovnel is provided by Infocratic.
Option 1: In the app
- Open Sovnel and go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This deletes your account and signs you out, and clears your diary, goals and settings from that device.
Option 2: By email
Email contact@infocratic.io from the email address of the Google account you use with Sovnel and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm the request comes from you and then delete your information.
What is deleted
- Your account information, such as your Google account identifier, name and email.
- Your food diary entries, goals and settings.
